❌Breaking the myth #Νo6; You will have to suffer in order to get your dream body.❌

❌ "Go to the gym, eat protein, avoid carbohydrates, delete pizza, burger and sweets from your vocabulary... then you will be perfect". ❌ This popular idea tends to become our reality. The truth is that you shouldn't stop enjoying your life because you want to achieve your body goals.

Instead, you can have everything in moderation.

Moreover, if you think that you are allowed to eat "bad food" on your cheat day, ask yourself the following; What is the difference of eating on a Saturday night 10 slices of pizza, instead of a slice of pizza every day?

It is proven that phrases like, "cheat day" or "cheat meal" can lead to binge eating episodes. Explaining, people tend to restrict themselves within the weekdays, avoiding high in calories food. They drink plenty of water and they don't eat sweets. Studies shown that someone who forces himself to live like this, is more likely to develop "binge eating disorders", because of the restrictions. The key to success is to have everything in moderation and if you need help, I am more than happy to help you. Tania L.
