No one ever told you that the weight you lose is mostly water weight. This can also be achieved by eating every food. If you aim to fat loss, especially if you want it as fast as possible, the only possible way is by exercising and lifting weights 3 to 5 times per week. No one also have ever told you that, our system can process up to 45 grams of protein, every 3 hours. The more protein you consume, the worst for the kidneys is.
