Below, there's a complete guide that will help you to choose wisely.


1 slice of bread (30 g) is equivalent to:


  • 2 crispbreads

  • 20 g. crackers

  • 20 g. breadsticks

  • 1/2 tortilla pie

  • 1/2 Arabic pie

  • 1/3 cup cooked pasta

  • 1/3 cup cooked rice

  • 60 g. quinoa

  • 1 small potato, cooked (about 90 g)

  • 30 g. cereals

Each of the above options contain approx:


  • 15 g. Carbohydrates

  • 3 g. Protein

  • 1 g. Fat

  • 80 Calories
