The secret when choosing a snack is the combination of protein, fiber and good fats. A carbohydrate source (fruit, honey, crackers) should be accompanied by a good source of protein or fatty acids.


Below are some snack ideas to help you maintain a healthy diet without worrying.

  1. Yogurt with dark chocolate and lemon zest

  2. Yogurt with honey and cinnamon

  3. Almonds

  4. Carrot with hummus

  5. Apple with peanut butter

  6. Cottage cheese with wholegrain crackers

  7. Pop corn

  8. Pudding with chia seeds

  9. Cracker with "katiki" and olives

  10. Homemade bars with agave syrup, oats and nuts

  11. Egg and wholegrain toast

  12. Rice wafers with guacamole.
