It's almost Christmas! You have already plans for the Christmas Eve and the Christmas Day.
Balance is the key. I know that it's almost impossible to stay on track during holisays. For this reason, I give you some tips that they might help you.
Continue to plan your weekly meals and try to stick to the plan.
Do not skip meals. Even if you know you will eat a lot on Christmas Eve, it's recommended to have a salad with protein for lunch. This, will be way better than showing up on an empty stomach for dinner. You will avoid binging and you will enjoy your time even more.
Fill your plate once. There is more than enough food during these days (I've never understand why!) and I am sure you can be satisfied with less quantities.
Fill your plate with vegetables and proteins.
Start with salad. It will make you feel satisfied faster and you will eat less.
Drink more water throughout the day. Alcohol and poor sleep lead to dehydration. Dehydration often feels like hunger ( when all you need is water and no food).
Merry Christmas
and
Happy Holidays!
