Ways to stay on track this holiday season!

It's almost Christmas! You have already plans for the Christmas Eve and the Christmas Day.

Balance is the key. I know that it's almost impossible to stay on track during holisays. For this reason, I have created some tricks that they might help you out.

  1. Continue to plan your weekly meals and stick to the plan.

  2. Do not skip meals. I suggest you, even if you know you will eat a lot on Christmas Eve, it's better to have a salad with protein for lunch . It is way better than showing up on an empty stomach for dinner. It will keep you away from binging and you will enjoy it even more.

  3. Fill your plate once. There is more than enough food during these days (I've never understand why!) and I am sure you can be satisfied with less quantities.

  4. Fill your plate with vegetables and proteins.

  5. Drink more water throughout the day. Alcohol and poor sleep lead to dehydration. Dehydration often feels like hunger ( when all you need is water and no food).

Happy Holidays!
