I crave at night, I eat and I fall asleep.

People often claim that after a long day at work, or a very stressful day, all they want is a Mac Donald's box and to sit in front of the TV for hours. If this feeling is very rare to you, there is no point to keep reading this post, but if it actually happens quite often, stick with me.

Take a look carefully on those two x-rays.

The first one shows a healthy belly, with normal belly fat. You can see clearly some organs of the abdomen, stomach, small and large intestines, pancreas, liver, and gallbladder.

Now, look carefully the second x-ray. You can clearly see that most of the organs are not visible at all. Instead, they are covered by fat. As the script says "You see way too much fat".

When we eat and we fall asleep right away, all the energy we took from the food (calories= energy), is easier to store as fat because our activity is limited. When we sleep, we burn calories, but it is impossible to burn all the 1500 (approximately).

The more you repeat this action, the more fat you store as days are passing.

If you try to find ways to stop your unhealthy addictions and habits, next time you will think of ordering junk food at midnight, think of those two photos.
