Breaking the myth no9: I have lack of energy, I'll have multi vitamins daily

Multivitamins aren't the solution. What you need is to find the root of the problem, instead of seeking temporary solutions.

Try to:

-add real, whole, colorful plant food to your daily diet

- cool off the inflammation in your body ( add probiotics)

- eat less quantities of processed food, sugar, junk food and empty calories (such us alcohol)

- increase your Omega 3 fat.

- exercise

- sleep

Instead of spending time and money trying to see which supplement will make you feel better, make those small changes and you'll feel the difference from the first days.
