❌Breaking the myth #no7: Exercising for weight loss, without a balanced diet. ❌

You go to the gym, you sweat a lot and then.. boom! Burger with fries and mayo for dinner. Days are passing and you see no results. Instead, your scale going higher and higher and you blame the fact that you workout and you gain muscles.

Our daily diet is the 70% of the total process of the weight loss. No matter if you spend 4 hours at the gym, if you don't fix your diet, you won't see your weight decreasing.

Next time you complain that gym doesn't work for weight loss, think about your behaviour regarding food and try to balance everything.
