Breaking the myth #no7: I exercise and I expect weight loss, no matter what I eat.

You go to the gym, you sweat a lot and then.. boom! Burger with fries and mayo for dinner. Days are passing and you see no results. Instead, you see your scale going higher and higher and you blame the fact that you workout and you gain muscles.

Our daily diet is the 70% of the total process of the weight loss. No matter if you spend 4 hours at the gym, if you don't fix your diet, you won't see your weight decreasing.

Next time you complain that the gym doesn't work, recall in your mind what you had for breakfast, lunch or dinner recently.
