❌Breaking the myth #no4: If I need Vitamin C, I have to eat an orange❌


We all know that when we hear words like orange or Vitamin C, are both connected. It is known that oranges are rich in Vitamin C. What we don't know is that there are fruits richer in Vitamin C, compared oranges, such as kiwis. In fact, 100 grams of kiwis contain 74,5mg of vitamin C, when 100 grams of oranges have 50,2 mg.
