Breaking the myth #no11: Salt is bad.


There is a wrong belief that salt is bad and can cause problems. There is also the belief that salt has nothing good to provide us.


The truth is that salt is essential to several functions within the body, and can be a problem if it is deficient.


Lack of salt can cause:

- Headache

- Dizziness

-Cognitive impairment

-Poor digestion

-Bloating

-Exercise intolerance

-Muscle cramps

- Insulin resistance

-Insomnia

- Chronic fatigue

-Sugar craving
