Salt is an electrolyte, responsible for human's body hydration. Did you know that if you drink salty water, first thing in the morning, you restore body's lost water while sleeping?

Lack of salt can cause:

-Bloating

-Exercise intolerance

-Muscle cramps

You should avoid consuming excessive amount of salt only if you are under cortisol medication or if there's a specific health reason.
